A 56 years old Women's Clothing Store with a turnover of more than 1000 Crores having 7 retail outlets across Hyderabad and will be opening 3 more stores in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is looking for a Head of Retail Operations, You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all the stores assigned to you, making sure they run smoothly and effectively. Job description: Overall Incharge of Operations and Turnover of all the7 existing stores in Hyderabad and the upcoming 3 stores. Key responsibilities: - Creating business strategies to meet the revenue numbers, attract new customers, expand the stores traffic and enhance profitability. - Will be responsible for hiring and managing all the stores. - Needs to a keep a check on the sales numbers and improvise accordingly. - Training to all the Store managers, Sales professionals and operational team in achieving the targeted goals. - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures are in place. - Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. - Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. - Responsible for the hygiene check of the stores and providing customer service according to the management guidelines. - Regular supervision and monitoring of the stores. As an ideal candidate, you will need: - A minimum of 10 to 13 years of experience working in a Retail Apparel / Garments industry, ideally in a managerial role handling multiple stores. - Must be a hustler and a smart communicator.
