Head - Retail Operations

- Will make the business plan and strategies to implement the retail store business for the client.

- Responsible for the P&L of the business

- Will set up stores across the country

- Responsible for identifying ideal locations & setting up the stores

- Ensuring the layout & merchandising at the stores

- Ensuring the sourcing team manages all items & SKUs required across all stores

- Ensuring proper inventory control and sales processes are established

- Building the sales team and devising the targets & sales incentive plans

- Standardising systems & process & SOPs to manage the stores

- MIS reports to director on various business parameters

- Reporting to Director
