Head - Retail Marketing - Diagnostic Chain

Position is with one of the leading diagnostic chain and ideal candidate should be from FMCG/ Retail/ Telecom background with exposure to B2C

Responsible from inception till smooth running

- Conceptualization of new marketing campaigns & guiding the team for execution

- To conceptualize & execute the branding across India.

- Strategize for business generation

- Responsible to setup and kickoff corporate sales for the company

- Creating the strategy for communication, with a focus on user generated content and effective implementation of the same

- Ideate and strategize content for online communication which include Product launches

- Manage the process from idea generation to publishing a post on the blog. Manage Social Media platforms for the company,

- Website updation and SEO

- Management and liaison with Advertising agencies, Design Agency, Social Media Agency, PR Agency as per requirement of company and projects

- Ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines

- Represent the company at all creative meetings, including photo and film shoots

- Monitor consumer engagement online and offline to ensure an experience of delight for the buyers

- Analysis of monthly brand impact reports and accordingly realign strategy B. Online

- Devising quarterly Marketing plan and allocating budgets for Above the Line (ATL)/ Below the Line (BTL) activities.

- Interacting with Agencies for BTL activities including brand promotion events, new product launch and dealer events.

- Out of the box initiatives to reach out to niche target markets

Qualifications

- Graduation in any Stream

- MBA from Reputed Institute

- Social Media certification preferrable
