This person would be responsible for on ground activation. Will have to work with agencies to design activities / programs and drive execution on ground Large format Retain, OT stores, schools Multiplexes, etc   Responsibility :   - Identify and partner with Retain / Consumer outlets to drive consumer experience through visibility, promotional programs Enabling the OT Channel to deliver brand share and product experience   - Plan and deliver the Joint marketing plan, promotions, offers, loyalty programs, staff incentive programs, retail tools and assets customized for retail partners/ OT partners.   - Plan and execute ATL and BTL strategies through print medium and business touch points to generate product activations & sales leads.   - Support and work with KAM - OT to (over) achieve set targets   Objectives (Key Result Tasks) :   - Create retail / OT marketing strategy to achieve impactful product marketing strategy execution to (over) achieve business targets   - Develop campaign strategy and create campaigns for large format product launches   - Define, develop and own the Marketing Calendar - Retain campaigns / OT campaigns   Individual Portfolio :   - A minimum of 8+ years working in retail marketing with at least five years in a senior leadership marketing roles in sectors of FMCG,Technology Products, Consumer Electronics - with Advertising background   - Holds a Bachelor degree and a marketing postgraduate qualification such as an MBA / PG program from reputed institutions .   - Strong Leadership Skills; Good interpersonal, and team building skills ; Ability to forge partnerships with internal and external stakeholders   - Where to find them : Samsung, Nokia, consumer durables, personal care etc who come with the experience of having managed Retail Marketing and Mass on ground campaigns.   - When from FMCG or Personal care product background he/ she should come with technical background to be able to drive tech product retail marketing
