Head FMCG Distribution - Retail Specialist

Exp : 15-20 years

Initiate and develop FMCG / Ayurveda Products Sales & Distribution activity in Maharashtra.

Ability to speak the local language, MBA with 10-12 yrs of Experience in / FMCG products sales activities and he need an experience in setting up retail outlets and modern trade. Work closely to develop a strategy to motivate distributors / distributor salesmen and get them to drive the business.

- Develop a strategy for channel so as to drive throughput for various product ranges

- Work closely with the various stake holders

- Experience in retail outlets

- Extensive knowledge of marketing and brand plans

- Good grasp of distribution and logistics management

- Understanding of financial and legal regulations.
