We are hiring for a premium client of ours - a 30+ year old conglomerate involved in Information Management (Secure Storage Services - Digital &amp; Physical), Cloud &amp; Data Services, Business Process Services, As well as Digital Services. The organization as well at the position will be based in Mumbai (Albeit working from home under the given COvid19 circumstances) Position: Business Head Summary : the BU head will be responsible for managing and contributing towards the P&amp;L of this business that focuses on digitizing physical copies of records (forms, applications, physical documentation as well as sensitive information in the hard copy) and safe storage / archival of the same. Major Responsibilities: - Responsible for leading a total of 1700+ FTEs &amp; will have the direct reporting of BD Lead, Ops lead &amp; Compliance lead - He/She will need to deliver business targets as per agreed per the Co's 5 year plan and Annual Operating Plan of the BU. - Incumbent would also need to focus on growing the revenue and P&amp;L for the BU globally including sales, operations and customer service (current P&amp;L stands at approx 300 Crs PA) - He/She must forge and cultivate connects with the leadership within the organizations and Business Groups and of PSUs, PSBs, BFSI, Telecom, Information technology, Healthcare companies and other key customer segments to as part of customer acquisition and retention strategy - He/She would need to evaluate the business from time to time, keep abreast of current market dynamics, and identify strategies to expand business (through product expansion, scan and penetration of new markets including international) while ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic imperatives. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. - Enhance brand presence through participation in Industry forums and various marketing initiatives. - Create a culture aligned to company's Values that promotes ownership, respect and understanding of business priorities across the organization. - Interested candidates are welcome to connect with me &amp; do share your resume in complete confidence Ganesh Nair
