Head - Retail Analytics - BFSI

Seeking Senior Level Hire for one of the MNC Banks for a "Head- Retail Analytics" based in "Bangalore/ Bengaluru" which will cover a wide range of Analytics like Consumer Analytics, CRM, Automated Reporting, Marketing Analytics, Risk Management etc.

Have a competitive analytics backbone to fuel CRM, automated reporting and increased success in marketing, sales/Risk Management and Product management. The job of Head of Analytics is to :

- Introduce to the Bank, customer analytics with advanced modeling and better data management.

- Implement micro segmentation to have greater customer identification and improve sales through more targeted sales and marketing.

- Render marketing and campaign processes to be fast, customer centric, efficient and effective.

- Build on Risk models for underwriting and perform effective segmentation to monitor portfolio performance and identify early positive and negative signs in customer growth.

- Streamline reporting and better dashboards to enable accurate and effective information flows.

- Significantly uplift our sales, service & Risk Management gains.
