Purpose of the role: As the Head of Resources Augmentation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the growth strategy of the company. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in both business development and recruitment to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of skilled IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, with a focus on expanding the client base.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute effective sales strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.

Client Engagement:

- Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and tailor solutions that align with their objectives.

- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for collaboration.

- Foster long-term partnerships by consistently delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.

Recruitment Management:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of qualified IT professionals.

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify talent pipelines, source candidates, and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.

- Implement best practices in recruitment, including candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes.

Team Leadership:

- Provide effective leadership to the business development and recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

- Establish performance metrics and goals, regularly monitoring and evaluating team performance.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

- Proven track record of success in business development and recruitment within the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
