Position :- Head Resource Mobilization - (Co Treasury Front End)

Main factors- PSU Banks, Domestic institution, must have raised 5000 crore plus need senior

Exp: min15 years

Banking Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFI, and financial institutions at senior levels

- Negotiate term sheets and agreements with financing partners.

- Experience in Resource mobilisation / Fund raise

- Securitisation / PTC -must have structured and done securitisation transaction.

- Experience of co-lending tie up

- Good relationships with Rating agencies

- Should have raised funds through money market (CP) and capital market instruments (NCDs).

- Well verse with SEBI compliances and procedures.

- Off shore fund raising experience shall be preferred.

- ALM and cash flow Management

- Covenant and compliance management of borrowings.

- Experience in conducting joint enders meeting /consortium meetings.
