- Responsible to devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decides the future course of action for the team.
- Engaging in tie-ups with broker, financial institutions, associations
- Updated on the markets to understand buyer behaviour, preference and influences to develop more focused strategies.
- Working with the marketing team to help in designing effecting marketing programs to ensure increase in leads and thereby sales.
- Conducting a sales forecast based on past sales performance and analyzing the expected market conditions to objectively set and monitor targets each year.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
- Responsible for brand promotion.
- Motivating team members
- Ensure his team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track their performances and motivate them.
