We have the following requirement for Bangalore based Real estate organisation.

Designation : Contract and Negotiation Manager- South

Education Qualification : Civil Engineering (full time)/NICMAR

Expertise in Negotiations and Project Management

Location : Bangalore

Industry : Real estate only

Experience : 9-15 years in high rise buildings/ real estate in vendors and suppliers, drafting agreements, tracking purchases and monitoring budget for the project

Responsibility

- Contract Management and Project Budget management

- Formulating contracts with external vendors and conducting negotiations for project material purchases, contract administration and management of the project

- MIS reporting

- Contract Administration

- Evaluation of contractors/ consultants / vendors for the project

- Bill certifications
