Roles and responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting/commissioning secondary & primary research
- Designing interventions for pilots
- Sourcing innovation
- Identifying need gaps and novel solutions for those working with partners to co-create
- Writing papers and reports to establish thought leadership,
- Creating tools and frameworks
- Maintaining data assets and knowledge base.
- Measuring outcomes.
Qualifications I
- A proven track record of 3+ years
- Candidate must have experience in the development sector.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; aligning with evolving business objectives and schedules.
- Should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to juggle multiple products, projects and priorities.
Skills & Competencies Required :
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a range of tasks in a diverse team.
- Ability to read/write/communicate very fluently in English.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to support teams and partners especially to troubleshoot or offer guidance, as appropriate.
- He/she should understand the governance structure in India.
- Should be flexible, not rigid. He/she should be able to think out of the box.
- Someone who has exposure to international experience.
- Should be independent as well as a team player.
