Role & Responsibilities:

- Direct and oversee research function

- Spearhead, direct a team of senior analyst and associates.

- Roll-out of new coverage, with focus on value investing ideas.

- Tracking analyst performance, produce quality coverage and out of box ideas.

- Identify short term and long term investment opportunities within sectors, provide differentiated client engagement through corporate access, road-shows and conferences in India as well as overseas.

- Revenue maximization through new deal closures. Focus on timely execution.
