Client Details

Our client is a leading MNC that is into making textile machinery as per their client requirements. They have a plant in Pune and are looking for a R&D head to guide the NPD strategy. This role will be based out of Mumbai/ Pune.

Description

Reporting to the Global R&D head and leading R&D operations in India, you will be responsible for:

- Leading teams to execute the NPD strategy

- Leading the R&D team towards their new facility

- Building R&D strategy with clients keeping their Go-to-Market in mind

- Keeping a close contact with sales and marketing to ensure all product development is in sync with customer needs and the business model

- Overall management of the R&D division

- Taking up travel and managing CXO relationships

Profile

- You are a Textile Engineer with at least 10-15 years of product development experience in an MNC environment. You must have demonstrated excellent business skills, team building and collaborative skills. Interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
