Head Research and Development.

Years of experience- 15 +years in research for Skincare or Cosmetics division.

Responsible for all Technology transfer & development of new Products/Variants

Skin Care Product Design, Development and Deployment

Responsible for leading a strong team of scientist and deliver products to market based on technology differentiators.

Will have to interact with various global regulatory bodies to develop new formulations / ingredients which are already compliant with future regulations.

Should be well networked within FMCG/Personal care products

Strong awareness of global consumer trends & preferences

Strong analytical skills.

High level of numeracy.

Needs to tech savvy.

Should have Experience on new age Skin care portfolio & Hair care portfolio Colorants , Hair straighteners, texturizers & relaxers
