Head - Research & Development - Polymer Sciences - Rubber/Plastics

M. Tech / Phd - with specialization - Polymer Sciences ( Rubber / plastics).

The incumbent would have successfully worked as a leader in R &D in areas of polymers (Rubber / plastics) and developed coating application in industrial products esp powders.

It is mandatory the incumbent has worked on various types of powder and it's application. Experience in coating of (powders / liquid), use and application of surfactants / additives.

As a research profile, the incumbent would have done extensive Design of Experiments, setting up pilot plants and experience of scaling from pilot to Commercial production.
