Head - R&D for Oleochemical Company - Native has been mandated to hire Head R&D for one of the leading Oleo-chemicals manufacturer in the Chemical Industry. An ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: 1) At least 15 years of experience in R&D of oleochemicals or related chemical industry. 2) Educational qualification should be a PhD in Organic Chemistry or a Masters in Chemical Technology (Oils). 3) Prior experience in synthesis and formulations/applications development is preferred. 4) Prior experience in Surfactants that goes into home & personal care, food & pharma, refinery, oil & gas or agrochemicals applications' will be preferred. 5) Prior experience in Biotechnology is desirable. - Interested candidates can reach out to me for a confidential discussion. - This role is based out of Mumbai. - Please note that only relevant candidates would be shortlisted.
