To input into the product briefs along with the marketing team

To be clued onto consumer tastes and preferences and suggest and design product mixes on their own and share with the marketing team

To be able to operationalize the product mixes they develop into commercial production in 2P/3P units

Position of leadership: 2 product and 1 packaging R&D manager to report into this role.
