We have opening for Head Research and Development with Electronics Manufacturing Company.

Job Role :

1. Leadership: Organise and direct a multidisciplinary group of researchers and engineers. Encourage the R&D department to have an innovative, cooperative, and high-achieving culture. Give strategic guidance for the creation of state-of-the-art DC-DC converters and EV chargers.

2. Product Development: Supervise the entire lifecycle of a product, from conception to manufacturing. Encourage innovation in DC-DC converters and EV chargers' usefulness, design, and performance. Verify adherence to rules and industry norms.

3. Technical Expertise: Use your in-depth knowledge of power electronics to direct the group as they create high-caliber goods. Keep up with developments in the field, new technology, and electric car component breakthroughs.

4. Project Management: - Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource distribution. To accomplish project objectives, work together with cross-functional teams from production, quality assurance, and marketing.

5. Quality Assurance: To guarantee the dependability and functionality of products, establish strict testing and validation procedures.
