MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (IF NEW INCUMBENT IS RECRUITED) :

Education and Experience:

Post graduate & Graduate in Electronics with 12-15 years of experience in R&D preferably in an Electronics Industry

Knowledge:

Research activities, updated electronic instruments, PLC programming, Embedded design & development, Schematic & PCB design, HW test procedures, knowledge of Simulators, particle testing and analysis, documentation, preparation of reports and SOPs

Skills :

Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Personal Initiative and Motivation Skills and Interpersonal Skills

JD: Electronics Head.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

- Responsible for research activities, product design & development and Concept analysis

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performs research activities on regular basis

- Ensures design & development of new concepts

- Prepares the approach documents and determines the technical feasibility

- Interacts internal and external people on regular basis and requirement

- Ensures problem solving of previous kits and advancements

- Updates of different concepts (like wired and wireless)

- Ensures RF based product development

- Design and develops circuits for automation

- Prepares and develops project reports as per requirement

- Analyzes system technical issues and develop appropriate resolutions

- Participates in system design reviews and recommend for improvements

- Identifies technical risks & challenges and propose for action plans

- Supports in integrating modules to existing systems and perform integrating testing

- Assist in preparation of system design and architecture documents

- Provides support in system testing and bug fixing activities

- Ensures adhere to system development lifecycle process

- Reviews the implemented system, understand & interpret the error reports from internal staff & external clients

- Troubleshoots and debug the errors in the embedded environment and provide instant fixtures for the same

- Maintains the documents (hard & soft) on regular basis

- Maintains software & hardware programs and resolutions give for the technical issues
