Head - Research & Development - Chemical

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead Product development as per customer needs & company business needs.

- Set-up process - Lab / Pilot / commercial scale.

- Setup & run effective pilot plants.

- Lead Raw Material development process with commercial teams.

- Lead accreditation of R&D Labs as per Customers requirements.

- Monitoring, creation and management of intellectual property.

Role :

Expertise in a broad range of research/technical solutions in the field of Polymer Chemistry, Specialty Chemicals & Additives, Process Scale Up, New Product Development and Technical Application Support to Customer. Passionate about emerging markets, exploring unmet needs and deliver appropriate timely solutions to support Business Needs.
