Job Profile : - The Markets team at the organisation provides support to the various practices in terms of access to Markets and clients. There is already a skeleton research team that helps in providing insights into clients and Industries and this needs to be spruced up. - To begin with, a leader of this team needs to be brought on board - Ideally somebody experienced in leading a research team, somebody who has been hands-on in conducting and leading client and Industry specific research and not restricted to Equity type of research but also Strategy, business, processes, Organisation and Client Industry at the Macro and micro level. Required Work Experience and Skills: - Work experience in consulting industry or Investment banking research teams(not front office guys) or the specialist research organisations - Hands-on experience in conducting and leading client and Industry specific research.
