Key Result Areas:
- Handling CASA book with a team of RMs across Delhi / NCR
- Driving sales of Branch Banking products such as Trade Forex, Credit cards, Asset products, Debit cards, Lockers etc and wealth products viz Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, PMS, Broking services
- Checking NTB acquisitions through referencing model and executing various Strategic Marketing Initiatives directed towards increasing Market share which includes setting up of corporate presentations, regular visits by rms to industrial areas of their respective cities, events targeting the hni segment of the respective cities in HNI/ business segment
- Planning regular visits to the RELATIONSHIP MANAGER locations across the region and coordinating with the Regional Heads and the Product teams of the respective locations
- Executing manpower planning which involves constantly hunting through consultants and internal references
- Planning regular Product level training sessions for RMs
- Assessing RMs on Sales quality which includes compliant selling and activation across the product range offered by the Bank which along with achievement on Business targets helps them to chieve Incentives
- Tracking CASA acquisition and deepening at the individual RM level so as to achieve the Mapped CASA book growth
