- Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Wealth products and achieving the Branch targets

- Ensuring the Income Product Holding (IPH) of the Relationship manager Portfolio and initiating thrust on Cross sell

- Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio

- Achievement of Relationship Manager targets

- Business Performance

- Portfolio Management.
