Business Delivery
1. Owns the Revenue and Liabilities Balance Sheet delivery objectives for Branch Banking
2. Owns the following Revenue lines:
- NIR
- Insurance Fee
- Mutual Funds Fee
- Asset Fee
- Other fee (Gold, Trade/Fx etc.)
Key Job Role is to implement initiatives on the following lines:
Channel Related
- Implementation of Sales Process for RM Channel
- Implement Reward and Recognition Programs and Incentive Plans
- Track timely payments of incentives and contest monies to RMs
- Implement tools to facilitate the client interaction process for ERM and ensure effective usage
- Implement an integrate Lead Generation and RM Management System to track and improve sales efficiency
- Interface with the product groups like IC, Banca and Asset Specialist for various client related and sales channel related initiatives
- Executing proper Training and Development initiatives - offline as well as online
- Prepare and track MIS reports/dashboards for effective tracking and decision making on various vectors of performance
- Manage attrition and ensure FTE on Board as per Budgets
- Ensure effective implantation of Training and Development - E Learning initiatives launched from time to time for the channel
- Ensure Quality of Sales and adherence of product compliance
- Certification of RMs as required/stipulated from time to time
- Ensure Liability Book is made available to RMs and defined process on Book Management is adhered
Client Related :
- Implement templates for Client Engagement events that can be executed
- Implement Marketing and Sales promotion programs along with the marketing team to assist new client acquisition and client engagement
- Effective engagement of existing clients through cost effective and calendars offers
- Referral programs on existing client base. Focus on Grouping Relationships
- Ensure effective on-boarding of NTB clients as per laid process
