The following are the details of the opening.

Position : Relationship Banking-HEAD (Liabilities)

Location : Mumbai

Salary: 15-18 Lacs (Hike based on current salary)

Educational Qualification : MBA/CA

Job Role:

Team Management:

- Managing hiring of Relationship Managers and ensuring minimal gap between actual and approved headcount

- Ensure all new joiners undergo on board training, product training, operational risk training, Know Your Costumer / Anti Money Laundering training within 45 days from the date of joining

- Identify training, development & counseling needs of the team & ensure the same are met

- Develop Individual Business Plan for each Relationship Manager, and guide them to achieve their business goals

Acquisition:

- Execute successful micro-events regularly for acquisition of new clients

- Assist team in acquiring new accounts from group companies / family of existing customers

- Assist team in acquiring new accounts from referrals from existing customers

Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell:

- Supporting relationship managers to build and deepen CASA portfolio

- Ensure consistent growth of the Investment portfolio

- Work closely with the acquisition team and establish synergies for maximum penetration of business banking products, trade, forex and Insurance & Investment sales to new / existing customers

- Build a robust momentum in regards to the third party distribution (insurance, auto loans, mortgages) and fee income to scale up the client portfolio growth, in line with the set targets

Retention:

- Ensure top class service delivery to clients to be in line with the best in the industry

- Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure that customers continue regular use the account and grow balances

- Work towards reactivating accounts which have stopped transacting or depleted in balances

- Assist in resolving service hurdles to create a delight situation for customers
