HEAD RELATIONSHIP BANKING:

Job Description:

1) Supervise and mentor the HNW channel

2) Handle a team of 4 to 9 Relationship Managers

3) Ensuring Sales across - Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, online trading etc., and achieving the Branch targets

4) Acquire new customers

5) Profiling Customers and Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise

6) Make joint calls with the relationship managers

7) Ensure the RMs meet their income targets.
