Head - Regulatory - Telecom

- The incumbent would collaborate with the Leadership team while leading the regulatory activities for the organization through various stages in a dynamic environment.

- He would work with various government agencies for strategic allocation of spectrum for pan India.

- Manage interconnect related matters.

- Advise the Management, Group and Board in relation to the telecommunication regulatory scenario and on related laws.

- Liasoning with DoT on Regulation and Licensing

- Managing Legal aspects related to regulatory function for defending the cases in Regulatory bodies/ High Court / Supreme Court.

- Direct & review the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, or correspondence to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards to management as well as respective government bodies.

- Must possess strong Leadership & team player qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and networking skills.

- Sound judgment and understanding of Telecom business practices.

- Personal authority and integrity with proven ability to establish relationships and exert influence at the Organizational level.
