Head - Regulatory - Telecom

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Network Planning & Roll-out for all regulatory related clearances / approvals.

- Achieve high level compliance and avoid issues becoming litigations / claims & demands.

- New products - develop and efficient regulatory support.

- Set up Litigations Review Committee for periodic monitoring.

- Regulatory and Licensing conditions & compliances including Security conditions, subscriber verifications, penalty, SACFA, TEC, WOL, EMF & roll-out related activities.

- To advise business and functions on the latest regulatory developments including regulatory risks, implications and process for mitigation.

- Spectrum Management and WPC planning

- Efficiently managing licensing issues.

Functional Knowledge :

- Sound knowledge of regulatory aspects including TRAI, DOT, Spectrum management

- Expert in managing Regulatory compliances

- Good understanding of Telecom

- Ability to understand the regulatory matters and their impact on business

- Effective engagement with stakeholders at an operating level

- Good operation knowledge of telecom business and its linkages to regulation
