Head - Regulatory Reporting

1. Possess strong understanding of RBI circulars and interpretation of them

2. Experience in handling a regulatory reporting team in a mid/large bank

3. Should be well conversant with IRAC, Exposure, Large exposure norms, Resolution Plan Implementation, Sensitive sector monitoring, etc.

4. Exposure in preparation of DSB, CRILC, PSL, MSME, SLBC, Defaulter, NPA, Bureau reporting (CIBIL), NeSL submission, Quarterly disclosure preparation, Risk Based Supervision submission, Potential NPA tracking, Exception reports, SCOD tracking, etc.

5. Management of Half yearly review of all process notes and QC checklists to align with extant circulars.

6. Excellent oral and written communication.

7. Excellent project management skills to manage multiple automation projects with circular implementations.

8. To be able to provide assistance in evaluation and 9Review of BRDs as well as facilitating UATs for automation projects.
