Urgent Opening in Leading Telecom Operator for the position of Regulatory and Nodal Head

Position : Regulatory and Nodal Head

Designation : Manager/ Senior Manager

CTC: upto 20 Lacs

Job Description :

- Filling various monthly, quarterly compliance reports to Govt bodies & corporate office.

- Vetting and authenticating various replies to external agencies from self office.

- Interacting with various Govt. agencies, for obtaining various permissions from them for implementation of new policies as per need of company.

- Ensuring to avoid delay in forwarding details, attending to any nodal requests as and when required on top priority even on holidays. Extending all required support to DOT, TRAI & TERM Cell as and when required. Maintaining proper record of all information supplied to above authorities as and when demanded for.

- Maintain 24x7 operational readiness as per the instructions of DoT

- Coordinating with other departments to generate and submit TERM & other statutory reports.

- Maintaining good relation with all the statutory and compliance officers of the various Govt. bodies.

- Filing all compliances reports to the various government organizations like, TERM, DOT. Verifying and submitting all the reports to TERM office.

- Attending all the monthly meetings of statutory bodies like TERM Cell, DOT & TRAI and other Govt. bodies.

- Maintaining good relation with local governing bodies and obtaining permission from them for implementation of new policies as per need of company.

- Educating internal departments about various statutory laws and ensuring compliance of the same.

- Ensuring No penalty levied by Govt. in Compliance & Regulatory matters.
