1. Lead the company for all Licensing and Regulatory approvals for the company. 2. Monitoring &amp; handling the compliances, extending support to different departments and providing opinion. 3. Apprising the Management with the latest developments on Ease of doing business initiatives of Government departments and its implications to our business. 4. Liasoning with various Development Authorities and Municipal corporations like NDMC / BMC / BBMP / MCD / GDA, DDA, HUDA, HMC, Central and State government Departments, Civic Amenities Boards for necessary licensing and clearance works 5. Liasoning works with Health Department for FSSAI Licenses required for operating Restaurants located in India and approvals of state government departments and police clearances within Delhi, U.P., Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu etc. 6. Liasoning with Department of Legal Metrology to deal with Weights and Measure related matters across the regions. 7. Reply of Notices and to serve legal notices with respect to Trade Mark and copy Right violations and other licensing bodies like PPL/IPRS etc. 8. Well versed in interpreting the provisions of various Civil, Commercial &amp; Corporate law. 9. Well aware of the Local Laws of Delhi, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal, Karnataka, Tamilnadu etc. 10. Ensuring that the company long term goals are achieved through focused and proactive compliance by minimizing related disputes and delays and also identify, highlight &amp; guide risk mitigation from a legal perspective. 11. Excellent Communication Skills 12. Should be willing to travel within India. 13. Should have handled a team of minimum 10. 14. Should have contacts and knowledge of Food Industry Related Compliances &amp; Authorities.
