Head - Regulatory Compliance - Transport Business

Title: Regulatory Compliance Head

Experience: 9-15 Years

Location: Chakala, Mumbai

Responsibilities :

As a Regulatory Compliance Head, you will be expected to:

- Ensure compliance with any local and national laws that come into play from the perspective of vehicles, road transport, and materials being shipped

- Handle RTO (Regional Transport Office) documentation regarding trucks and transport

- Maintain compliance report for all the drivers, vehicles and for all the transport vendors

- Maintain compliance to legal framework/companies processes & policies along with statutory obligations, law of the land & business processes.
