The position is to oversee the implementation of the vision, strategy, and leadership for compliance within the organization. To identify and manage the compliance risk across the organization, in consultation with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Managerial Responsibilities

- Responsible for driving the strategy for compliance across the bank.

- Build constructive and effective stakeholder relationships.

- To set the tone which underpins the principles of an effective control environment.

- Analyze and interpret complex and varied information to generate insights.

- Drive and successfully deliver multiple priorities under the set timeline.

- Exercise discretion and work independently.

- Should have high morale ethical standards strong people leadership principles and a passion for developing others

Functional Responsibilities.

- Have complete control over the compliance functions of the bank.

- Establish and maintain best in class compliance culture across the bank.

- Develop and maintain the entire spectrum of regulatory compliance.

- Develop and execute a bank-wide compliance assurance program.

- Implement and maintain frameworks to identify, assess, manage, monitor mitigate and report compliance risks across the organisaton.

- Partner with the business teams to make decisions based on the knowledge and interpretation of regulatory guidelines.

- Liaise with regulators. Deliver effective compliance training.
