Head - Regulatory Change Management - Business Services - BFS

Opening for Business Services - Regulatory Change Management Head for Bangalore location.

This role will be based in Bangalore, however facing off to a global stakeholder audience.

Key deliverables will include:

Industrialization program for Regulatory Business Support

- Define and implement the industrialization program for Regulatory Business Support in line with the business outcomes below:

a. To meet and demonstrate adherence to regulatory compliance requirements

b. Build end to end process streamlining supported by repeatable, scalable, configurable architecture

c. Drive automation of rule-driven classification to reduce manual processing and mitigate risk

d. Ensure self-serve capability for consumers of regulatory classification data

Regulatory Change Roadmap implementation/execution

- Partner with GBM Project Execution to ensure implementation work streams adhere to:

a. Project management disciplines including planning, deliverables, tracking and reporting, that support Agile and DevOps ways of working when appropriate

b. Programme and Project governance & status management

This will be achieved by:

- Ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance, including maintaining awareness of regulatory operational risk, minimizing the likelihood of loss occurrence including identification, assessment, mitigation and control and reporting.

- Continuously reassessing risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.

- Ensuring all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring, addressing areas of concern in conjunction with Risk and relevant line colleagues, and also by ensuring that actions resulting from points raised by internal or external audits, and external regulators, are correctly implemented in a timely fashion.
