Head - Regulatory Affairs - Crop Protection Industry

Candidates Profile:

- Must have done Ph.D. / M.Sc. in Agri. Sciences;

- Relevant & progressive experience on Regulatory matters (at least 15 years for Head Regulatory) in relevant industries, e.g. chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, pharmaceuticals, household pesticides, Food, FMCG, other industry associations etc.

- Experience is handling Govt. Agencies is a pre- requisite;

- Ability to collaborate and lead, communicate effectively (both written and verbal), understand / download and create imperatives for essential;

- A good interpersonal skill is a must;

- Person must be fully conversant with (and willing to learn) the existing regulatory environment, rules and regulations and the evolving regulatory environment.

Job Profile:

- The role involves strategic & operational engagement with key stakeholders, in the Crop Protection Regulatory system, to facilitate a progressive and enabling regulatory environment for the Crop Protection Industry with special focus on newer and safer chemistries.

- The role is to lead the regulatory function for its Members, collaborating and engaging the regulators and experts of the Member Companies, coordinating with Regional / Global Regulatory counterparts.
