Job role :

- Lead the overall regulatory affairs and effectively manage regulatory affairs team.

- Establish and maintain liaison and effective connection with the officials of regulatory authorities .

- Drive required actions and initiatives against piracy and unclean feed providers, through continuous persuasion to related authorities involving filed administration and law enforcement agencies

- Take proactive steps to bring required amendments in government policies and regulations related to DTH operation and duties/fees.

- Update the management with recent and upcoming developments/changes/amendments in relevant government regulations and policies as well as about new regulations.

- Ensure that all required licenses/agreements/contracts/MOUs from government regulatory authorities are executed and renewed in due time.

- Develop SOP for the effective operation of regulatory affairs function.

- Make frequent visits and have meetings with government officials from regulatory authorities, as and when necessary.

Desired candidate should have :

- Minimum 15 years experience of working with government regulatory authorities

- Candidates from DTH industry are highly preferable

- Have the physical fitness and willingness to travel across the country, whenever required
