Responsibilities :
- You will manage a recruitment team comprising of recruitment managers and executives and turn them into a super high performing team
- Working with the business and the teams to devise a solid recruitment strategy.
- Put in place best practices for managing and mapping strong candidates. Apply industry best practices and make a mark.
- Working with HR, Talent and Marketing teams to strengthen our Employer Brand and Talent Attraction strategies
- Headhunting of candidates for senior level roles through the best methods available in the market
- Implementing a strategy to make candidate selection processes more data driven and quantitative
- Growing and developing the longer-term talent pipeline strategy using innovative talent attraction techniques)
- Recommending tools to improve and optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Skills :
- Good work experience in reputed internet/tech/new age companies of minimum 1000 employees.
- Should have worked in situations requiring ramp-up of 100 positions per month, across several different functions.
- A track record of devising and successfully implementing market-leading and innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies
- Having handled a team of at-least 8+ recruitment folks
- Highly collaborative and passionate about recruiting the best people
- A strong network amongst mid/senior internet professionals would be a big plus. A deadline-oriented, can-do person is what we are looking for.

Qualification :
MBA from reputed institute would be preferred.
