Recruitment Head

Opening for Head of Recruitment with a global Visual Entertainment Services in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Organize the recruitment and resourcing functions businesses with particular emphasis on sourcing and retaining key managerial, support and creative talent

- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks

- Establish a system of Manpower Planning which pre-empts business requirements and identifies and caters to needs proactively

- Manage and ensure timely fulfillment of all the recruitment requirements of the businesses within-defined time frames by prioritizing recruitment requests and avoiding build up of backlog (includes External hires, Internal promotions/transfers and external campaigns).

- Review and establish appropriate and equitable recruitment policy and procedures

- Identify, negotiate with and maintain healthy working relationships with Recruitment consultants, Job Portals, Social networking portals and any other suppliers to source key talent

- Constantly review recruitment activity in progress and identify priorities for current and future requirement

- Advise and support Senior Management with resourcing strategies for both, mass recruitment as well as recruiting key senior level staff

- Maintain the Recruitment MIS and data in order to provide timely and accurate recruitment activity reports to the Senior management as desired

- Manage, guide and review all the members of the recruitment team

- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders and end users

- Implement and manage the E-recruitment system as part of the HRIS

- Initiate and plan various Recruitment campaigns promoting the employer brand in all recruitment communication

- Sourcing, interviewing and recruitment of Key Senior positions/roles as desired

Skills Required :

Male candidate preferred

- Experience and consistency of recording data on HR Information Systems and providing related reports at all stages of the recruitment process

- Knowledge of markets to enable sourcing of key skills which may be in short supply or high demand

- Ability to define cost effective methods of recruitment

- Internal Stakeholder focused with excellent communication skills

- Ability to organize and manage several projects/campaigns simultaneously and adopt a flexible approach when required
