Head - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

We are looking to hire a Leader - Talent Acquisition for a client of ours, a multi hundred crore business conglomerate with diverse companies like automobile, software services, construction material, hospitals and educational institutions etc in its fold.

The incumbent will be based at the corporate office of the group in Delhi, and lead the talent acquisition initiatives for the leadership management level across all the group companies. Must be an MBA from a B School of repute, and have worked with executive search firms, working on CEO/CXO kind of roles in the past few years. Must be open for an individual contributor role, working closely with the HR head, and the group leadership.

Experience of 10+ years will suffice.

Compensation in the range of Rs.30 - 35 Lacs pa.
