Looking for a Head - Recruitments for a Shared Services client to be based at Bangalore managing multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and drive recruitment performance and to provide the business with insight into performance through comprehensive analysis

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit manpower in line with the organisation's strategy

- Responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations

- Responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment and the entire social media communication of HR

- Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

- Design training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
