- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clients
- Lead a team of recruiters to source, attract, and onboard top-tier candidates.
- Mentor, guide, and oversee the recruitment team, providing direction and support to achieve client-specific hiring targets and maintaining service excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Internal & External Clients. Understand their talent needs and recruitment goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client accounts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment projects, campaigns, and bulk-hiring initiatives as required by clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and present reports to clients showcasing the value delivered.
Requirements :
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Proven experience of 15 + years in Recruitment and Staffing, with experience in managing 360- degree recruitment for both IT & Non-IT
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, client needs, and market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective interactions with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and relevant tools
