Head RPO

- Our client is a diversified financial services group based out of Mumbai

Job Profile:

- Design & implement the complete RPO model for the entire organization

- Manage and be responsible for delivery timelines and drive the deliveries from RPOs (Currently work with DMI, QuessCorp, People strong)

- Be a custodian for the entire volume staffing across businesses and set up operations from scratch

- Build strong relation with external RPO vendors and onboard them.

- Look at hirings up to level 6 & structure hiring & interview processes across functions.

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience. (2009 -2012 batches)

- Bulk hiring exposure is a must, Should have managed scale.

- Incumbent from Non-BFSI background will be preferred
