- Our client is a highly reputed staffing organization based in Delhi .

- We are looking for Head of recruiting (staffing) to be based in Delhi.

- An MBA with 15-20 years of experience.

- The role will be a primary support to the business development team & operations team in terms of ensuring speedy closures of the mandates received from client companies through his team in line with the desired needs of the client organization

- The incumbent should have good exposure to different sources of mass hiring, controls and should have handled team of recruiters

Key Responsibilities : 

- Understand the mandates

- Ensure relevant sourcing techniques application

- Mass walk ins wherever needed

- Shortlisting & selections

- Documentations & On boarding
