Position: Recruitment Head
Location: Delhi
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a comprehensive system and processes to support the organizations talent acquisition strategy, providing strategic leadership, and direction to support all businesses and functions
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Perform due diligence for new business initiatives to determine the appropriate plans, programs, processes, and tools
- Consult with hiring managers, business units throughout the process, as needed
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Manages and develops the recruitment team
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line manager.
Skills Required:
- 12-15 + years of talent acquisition management experience
- Seeking candidate who has good exposure in Talent Acquisition outside the IT Sector.
- Experience leading talent acquisition and hiring processes across multi-functional areas.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and persuade others to implement it
- Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to work well with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
