Head - Recruitment - IT Infrastructure Management & Services

- Hiring Infrastructure Recruitment Head for a leading Tier1 Organization who has strong experience in end to end recruitment for the technology vertical of the organization.

- Overall 12-18 years of experience in the recruitment space and atleast 7-8 years of experience on Infrastructure Hiring.

- Leading Recruitment and Staffing initiative for Remote IT Infrastructure Management and Services Business Vertical in India.

- Be an expert in the design and delivery of high volume hiring for Infrastructure vertical.

- Possess strong experience in all aspects of the Recruitment life cycle and People management.

- Possess experience on strategy development, leadership partnering, and operational delivery.

- Influence external and internal stakeholders on existing and new approaches, initiatives and programs

- Develop an effective candidate pipeline for all positions including senior management positions through multiple sourcing channels.

- Oversee all recruiting programs and activities like external search, internal staffing, sourcing activities, campus recruiting, internship programs, vendor management, employee referrals, selection processes, assessment use, diversity, etc. in alignment with global talent recruiting strategy and processes.

- Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
