Head - Recruitment - IT

Must have 10+ of experience in the recruitment domain (IT Hiring)

- Role will lead the IT recruitment for the company and will report to Head of HR.

- Will be required to lead Manager -recruitment along with team of recruiters/Sr. recruiter so should have past team leading experience at least 5-6 people.

- Role involves Travel- PAN INDIA to fulfill and achieve Recruitment needs so should be open for - Travel when needed.

- Good in Leadership hiring.

- Must have managed hiring across levels- Middle and leadership.

- Must have stake holder management Experience.

- Dashboard management.

- Will be required to review the current IT recruitment process and work with HR head to streamline the process to increase the effectiveness.

- Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately.

- Proposing an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams.

- Build a strong relation with the hiring teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Candidate Background :

- Should have a minimum work experience of 10+years in end to end recruitment .

- Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.

- Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs.

- Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.

Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create and develop measures for operational efficiency.
