Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants  6. Streamline and centralize database management with the best - Applicant Tracking System available  7. To successfully build a highly effective team to deliver results as well as developing the skill and capability of team members
