- Looking at candidates who can add more responsibilities around Recruiting Processes / Automation etc - to make the role meatier
- Strong Recruiting SME: Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Talent Landscape etc in a Product / Niche Tech hiring set up
- Ensuring a healthy source mix through various channels such as - social media, referrals, job boards
- Strong stakeholder management skills - someone who can engage in a discussion with confidence, have a point of view
- An outlook towards modern Recruiting practices: Social hiring, Gamifying Referrals etc
- High ownership & outcome orientation, Strong business acumen & understanding of E-commerce, Start-Up and Internet talent landscape with quick turnaround on critical assignments.
- Extremely hands on, in devising sourcing strategies & fulfillment plan for massive ramp - ups aroundlateral, senior, leadership & niche roles.
- A key differentiator between a "young talent" & a relatively more "senior candidate" would be whether the candidate is approaching things as a "strong individual contributor"
- A team of Two Recruiters would be reporting into this position.
- Target companies
- Preference would be for candidates who have worked inIT/ Gaming / Mobile App or Product companies
