Head - Recruitment - eCommerce

- Recruitment Head (Mumbai) for a very large and fast growing international e-commerce platform/ solutions firm. Professionals having at least 10-12 years of deep experience in working in staff augmentation in the US market.

- Should have placed resources in Hybris, Demandware, Magento, Drupal, Data Science.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading End to End Recruitment process (Lateral and Leadership Hiring) across multiple Business Units.

- Interacting with Delivery Heads & Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and develop strategy to find right talent to fulfill their needs.

- Managing Global Stakeholders across organization.

- Accountable for Vendor Management.

- Conducting HR discussions, prepare Salary Fitments for Approvals and Roll out the offer letter of selected candidates.

- Maintaining various MIS Reports regarding Recruitment.

- Maintaining and building good relationships with vendors & candidates to yield better results.

- Should have deep experience in working in staff augmentation in the US market.

- Experience in India and Europe is a bonus

- Experience should be primarily in the Ecommerce space

- Should have placed resources in Hybris, Demandware, Magento, Drupal, Data Science

- Should be able to lead a team of 4-5 people working across multiple locations.
